Keeta Shisholeka, Director Public-Private Partnerships Unit, Ministry of Finance
Keeta coordinates with all contracting authorities in respect of project development and identifies inter-sectoral linkages, while overseeing the competitive procurement processes for PPP projects. Keeta also provides advisory services to PPP Project Officers.
He is a PPP Specialist accredited by the Institute for Public-Private Partnerships in Washington and the Loughborough University in the UK, having spent over 20 years practicing Public Procurement. He’s a member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply, a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, an Overseas Member of the Society of Construction Law (UK) and an active Member of the Society of Construction Law for Africa.
With a practical background focusing on the construction sector, he has worked closely with the World Bank, SADC and NEPAD and his regional experience traverses South Sudan, Kenya, Botswana, Malawi, South Africa and of course Zambia.
